Questions
How does the free trial work?
30 days of full access, no credit card. Set up your store and take real orders while you decide. I'll extend it if you need more time.
How fast is support?
Usually within one to two business days by email. I answer every request myself and try to beat that target.
What is sponsored feature development?
$200 an hour with a five-hour minimum, paid up front. Anything I build goes into the AGPL codebase and ships to every subscriber. Most features take 8 to 20 hours. If I don't think a feature belongs in Easel, I'll tell you.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It stays yours. Export it through the API at any time, and keep the AGPL source. Data is deleted 90 days after you cancel.
Do you offer enterprise features?
No. Easel is built for small and medium businesses. If you need SSO, approval workflows, or white-glove onboarding, look at BigCommerce Enterprise or Adobe Commerce.
Is there a money-back guarantee?

Do I get the source code?
Yes. Subscribers get the full AGPL source to read, modify, or self-host. The copy you had is yours to keep if you cancel.
